Payments 2.1 All prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. 2.2 All credit/debit card payments are subject to secure validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.If the issuer of the card refuses payment authorisation we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 2.3 Payment for all sales must be made in full before dispatch of any goods. Cancellations Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date at our discretion.(Excludes wedding orders.) Deliveries 4.1 Inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses may lead to delays or problems in making deliveries. We require accurate address details and telephone number for all deliveries and especially rural locations. 4.2 Whilst every reasonable endeavour will be made to ensure that deliveries are made on the intended date, time of the delivery shall not be paramount.
